How it Works

Stamina fungicide seed treatment works by providing greater seedling vigor for increased growth both above and below ground.

The result is more consistent and uniform emergence with greater ability to manage exposure to minor environmental stress, including under cold conditions.

In addition, the Group 11 active ingredient works to provide effective protection against seed rot caused by Rhizoctonia solani while delivering the benefits1 of AgCelence.

Application Tips

Applied on-seed by select seed companies. Talk to your BASF Sales Representative or seed dealer about Stamina.

Treated seed must be labeled as follows:

“This seed has been treated with STAMINA CORN containing pyraclostrobin. DO NOT use for food, feed or oil processing.”

Seed treated with this product must be thoroughly stained with a conspicuous colour or coated with a material that renders is conspicuous. Regulations pertaining to the colouration of treated seed enforced under the “Seeds Act” must be strictly adhered to when using Stamina.

The exact amount of water needed depends on weather conditions, temperature, seed type and surface and equipment used. Dilute with the recommended amount of water for uniform and complete coverage, necessary for seed safety and disease protection. Should be sound and well-cleaned prior to treatment.

How Much to Apply

One tote of Stamina will treat 114,000 - 228,000 kg of seed (250,800 – 501,600 lbs), depending on rate.

Apply Stamina at 25 to 50 ml/100 kg seed3.

3 Use the high rate when disease pressure is high.

Seed treatment compatibility

Stamina is compatible with Group 28 insecticides. For details on seed treatment compatibility, contact your BASF Sales Representative or call BASF Ag Solutions Customer Care at 1-877-371-BASF (2273).
