How it Works

  • Assignment uses the power of Pursuit and Roundup WeatherMAX® - two proven products.
  • Controls weeds all season long with burndown control and soil residual activity.

Application Tips

  • Prevent yield losses from weed competition in Roundup Ready soybeans by applying in-crop at the 2-to-4 leaf stage of weed development.
  • To avoid significant crop injury, apply to conventional soybeans early pre-plant or pre-emergent only.

When to Apply

  • Assignment can be applied as an early post-emergent treatment in Glyphosate Tolerant (GT) soybeans.
  • Assignment can also be applied as an early pre-plant treatment for no-till soybeans (conventional or Roundup Ready) for superior early season residual control. Assignment should be applied by the second trifoliate stage of the soybeans.

How Much to Apply

  • Each case of Assignment contains enough herbicide to treat 20 acres as a post-emergent treatment in Glyphosate Tolerant soybeans or 10 acres EPP treatment for early season residual control.

Follow Crops

  • One hundred days after applying Assignment, the following crops may be grown:
    • Adzuki beans
    • Field corn
    • Spring barley
    • Black beans
    • Kidney beans
    • Spring wheat
    • Cranberry beans
    • Processing peas
    • White beans
    • Dutch brown beans
    • Soybeans
    • Yellow eye beans
  • Conduct a field bioassay (a test strip grown to maturity) the year before growing any other crop than those listed above.
